Accurate Corrosion Control, Inc. and its subsidiary Inyon Corrosion Services, LLC will comply with appropriate safety and security laws and regulations such as those established by:

Accurate Corrosion Control, Inc. (ACCI) is vitally interested in job safety at our facilities and during the performance of all projects. It is our desire and intent to create an atmosphere on each project that fosters and encourages safety at all times in order to prevent injury to any person. ACCI established a Safety Program, including a Safety Manual called the Injury Illness Prevention Program. The program includes a General Safety section to establish an overall procedural framework and general minimum safety guidelines applicable to all ACCI employees and subcontractors.

Safety Program Key Elements:

  • ARCO conducts Weekly Safety “Tool Box” Talks for all ACCI and subcontractor field personnel.
  • Weekly Safety Inspections are documented by the Job site Superintendent using an 80-point checklist.
  • Pre-job meetings are held with key subcontractors to plan upcoming work safety.
  • A DVD introduction to ACCI’s Safety Program is required for all ACCI associates and subcontractors.
  • Our Safety Handbook is distributed to all ACCI and subcontractor personnel.
  • All ACCI Project Managers and Superintendents are trained in first aid / CPR and OSHA Construction 10-hour Safety courses.
  • ACCI utilizes and works with our insurance broker (Lockton) and carrier (Zurich North America) Risk Engineering and Safety Loss Control Consultant Teams to ensure complete compliance and safe practices at our working environments. By utilizing the professional associates from these groups we ensure all new regulations are reviewed and implemented, our training stays refreshed and current, and our health and safety policy is consistently reviewed and enhanced.
  • ACCI constructs an extensive site specific safety plan (SSSP) and emergency response plan for our projects. The SSSP addresses key issues during construction operations including fall protection, excavation cave-in protection, emergency response procedures, the new federal OSHA crane standard, silica protection, and electrical safety just to name a few.”
